Atlantis Roadmap

While other blockchains are saturated with projects, Sonic L1 represented a new, fertile ground for innovation. We saw an opportunity to be the first-mover with a fully integrated Launchpad + DEX ecosystem.

As we continue building Atlantis, our vision is clear: to establish the premier Launchpad + DEX ecosystem on Sonic, delivering sustainable value for both emerging projects and our community. Our 2025 roadmap is designed to prioritise protocol development, user adoption, partnerships, and long-term growth.

Phase 0: Atlantis’ Foundation & Core Development ( Q4 2024 - Q1 2025 )

During this quarter, the project was conceptualized, the team was assembled and we started working on the development of Atlantis: the leading Launchpad + DEX on Sonic.

Phase 1: Q1 2025 - Laying the foundations.

In this phase, we focus on establishing the core infrastructure and introducing Atlantis to the public. Key milestones include the final development of essential app plugins, ensuring a seamless user experience across our entire ecosystem.

• Final Development of key Atlantis App plugins.

• Documentation released to the public.

• Atlantis official Launch.

• Zealy campaign live.

• Initial KOL onboarding and marketing campaign launch.

• Atlantis App Testnet launch.

Phase 2: Q2 2025 - Building the lost city.

This quarter focuses on scaling Atlantis through strategic initiatives and community empowerment.

Main goals include submitting the Sonic FeeM application and completing a comprehensive audit to ensure top-tier security. We’ll unveil $AQUA Tokenomics and finally announce the $AQUA public sale via our Launchpad.

We will roll out the V3 Pools upgrade with concentrated liquidity through our Algebra partnership, improving capital efficiency.

The Atlantis Council, a governance body made up of key partner projects and KOLs, will be established to guide future protocol decisions. Meanwhile, Atlantis' Treasures will go live, offering boosted APR fueled by public sale revenues.

We will expand through new partnerships with Sonic-native protocols, open Launchpad applications and onboard the first projects to launch

Additionally, Trident Vaults will launch, allowing $xAQUA stakers to earn key launch partner tokens.

Phase 3: Q3 2025 - Expanding the Horizon

During this quarter The $xAQUA Dashboard will go live, offering users a clear view of their holdings, vesting schedules, and rewards. We will introduce community voting, allowing $xAQUA holders to decide which projects launch next. Additionally, cross-launch liquidity support will be implemented, enabling new projects to bootstrap liquidity seamlessly through Atlantis.

Phase 4: Q4 2025 - Scaling the ecosystem.

During Q4 will launch Launchpad V2, featuring on-chain project scoring and AI-powered due diligence, enhancing transparency and project evaluation.

Modular launch structures will be introduced, offering customized solutions for DeFi, GameFi, and NFT projects, ensuring flexibility for diverse launch needs.

The integration of perpetuals will expand trading options, while emission models will be optimized to maintain sustainable rewards and preserve $xAQUA’s long-term value.
